A system DSN entry is setup as follows
1. Go to Administrative tools > Data Sources (ODBC) to launch the
ODBC administrator.
2. Click on the ‘System DSN’ tab then click on ‘Add’.
NOTE: It is important that you select ‘System DSN’ and not ‘User
DSN’ otherwise the service will not have access to the data
source/database.
