3. Choose the event for which alerts must be sent:
• Select ‘When the check fails:’ option to send alerts whenever this
check fails.
• Select ‘When the check recovers from a failed state’ option to send
alerts when the monitoring check recovers from a failed state.
4. Select the type of alert to be sent (e.g., click on the ‘Send an email
to:’ option to send email alerts whenever this check fails).

5. Double click on the users and/or groups that must be added to the
list of alert recipients. When all the intended recipients have been
selected, click on the ‘OK’ button.
NOTE 1: Alerts are sent using the delivery details (email address,
etc.) specified in the properties of the selected users. For more
