GFI MailSecurity default reports are accessed by clicking on the
Default Reports panel button.
Generating a default report
To generate a default report:
1. Click on the Default Reports panel button to bring up the list of
default reports available.

2. Right-click on the report you want to generate and click on one of
the Run for last options.
Example: Generating a “Monthly email traffic” report based
on the last 12 months data.
1. Click on the Default Reports panel button to bring up the list of
available reports.
2. Expand the Executive Reports node and right-click on the
Monthly email traffic report.
3. Click Run for last 12 Months.
