7 Customizing GFI Backup
7.1 Introduction
GFI Backup enables the customization of its behavior through the Options link within the
GFI Backup Agent console.
This chapter describes the customization of GFI Backup using the tabs in the Options
dialog.
Based on the configuration set by your systems administrator, some or all features
may not be available for your installation of GFI Backup Agent. Contact your systems
administrator for assistance.
7.2 Customization options
Click Options link from any screen in the GFI Backup Agent to display the Options dialog
that enables you to configure GFI Backup parameters. Select any of the following actions:
 General Settings
 Task Settings
 Email Settings
 FTP Connections
 Masks
 Logs
 Administration Console
