The random function (even if displayed) will not operate in the
ON and OFF positions.
Connecting the timer (Fig. C)
Once you have set the programs and the times, plug the
timer into the mains socket. Then, plug the device you wish
to control into the timer. Please ensure that devices with their
own independent ON/OFF switch are actually switched ON.
Do not exceed the timer's maximum permissible load.
Battery and rechargeable battery information
Used batteries must not be disposed of as unsorted
household waste. Used batteries must be recycled
and may be returned free-of-charge to the place of
sale. Batteries contain substances which are harmful
to the environment and to human health and must therefore be
disposed of correctly.
Recycling instructions
This device may not be disposed of with unsorted
household waste. Owners of old devices are required
by law to dispose of this device correctly. Contact your
local town council for further information.

- Use button (6) to set the day of the week or select the
block of days
- Use button (7) to set the time (in hours)
- Use button (8) to set the time (in minutes)
- Now press button (4) again to set the switch-o time for the
first program
The procedure is exactly the same as the procedure for
programming the switch-on time.
- Example:
The timer needs to turn on at 16:05 from Monday to Friday
and o at 22:10. This will be programmed as program 1:
- Press the TIMER (4) button once: 1 ON will appear on the
display
- Press the WEEK (6) button once: the days of the week will
appear on the display
- Keep pressing the WEEK (6) button until the weekdays
MO/TU/WE/TH/FR are displayed
- Keep pressing the HOUR (7) button until 16 is shown as the
hour
- Keep pressing the MIN (8) button until 05 is shown as the
minutes
- Press the TIMER (4) button once: 1 OFF will appear on the
display
- Press the WEEK (6) button once: the days of the week will
appear on the display
- Keep pressing the WEEK (6) button until the weekdays
MO/TU/WE/TH/FR are displayed
- Keep pressing the HOUR (7) button until 22 is shown as the
hour

Keep pressing the MIN (8) button until 10 is shown as the
minutes
- Deleting/disabling
Individual programs can be overwritten or disabled. See
the "Programming the timer" section for how to overwrite
programs. To disable a program, press the reset button (9)
in programming mode until the time displayed is replaced by
"-- --". You can reactivate disabled programs by pressing the
reset button R (9) again in programming mode.
Random function
You can activate or disable the random function (only possible
when the device is set to "AUTO") by pressing the RANDOM
(2) button. This is confirmed by the appearance of the "R"
symbol on the display. The random function switches on
the socket randomly between 06:00 PM and 06:00 AM for
between 10 and 31 minutes.
Enabling programming – Manual switch-on/
switch-o
Press the ON/AUTO/OFF (5) button to enable programming or
to turn the socket ON or OFF manually.
There are 3 options available and these can be accessed by
repeatedly pressing the ON/AUTO/OFF (5) button:
ON = socket is turned permanently on; set programs
will not run.
AUTO = socket is switched ON and OFF during the preset
time.
OFF = socket is turned permanently o; set programs will
not run.
