Turning On and Off the Tablet PC
Turning On
Press the power button ( ). The Windows operating system should start.
Turning Off
When you finish a working session, you can stop the system by turning off the
power or leaving it in Sleep or Hibernation mode:

1. Open the Charms Bar of Windows
8 by swiping in from the right side
of the screen.
2. Tap Settings and then tap
(Power).
3. Tap Shut down in the Power menu
Use the Windows Start menu
in the lower left and follow the
shutdown procedure.
