Assembly Steps Backrest(B) Back Cushion (F) Seat Cushion(C) Left Arm (D) Right Arm (E) Leg with 1 Plastic Gasket(G) Seat Base(A) FRONT FACING Leg with 1 Plastic Gasket(G) This Sofa has multiple parts and may require about 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Sofa parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly.
Step 2 B Carton Package C C B C Take out the Backrest(B) and Seat Cushions(C) from the Carton "B", place them on a clean, non-marring surface. Step 3 G ③ Small box ④ ② ⑤ ① Open the Small Box to take out the Wooden Legs(G) and Hardwares.
Carefully install the Wooden Legs(G) at the bottom of Left Arm(D) and Right Arm(E). Insert threaded stem into the mounting position at the corner of Left Arm(D) and Right Arm(E). Tighten by turning the Legs clockwise. Take care of the shape of the Legs and ensure they in the correct postions. Note:The use of Gasket(①) are OPTIONAL and are especially useful to help alleviate slight wobbleness. Some Legs may need more than one gasket (①) while some legs may not need anyny.
Using the Allen Key(②) secure Left Arm(D) and Right Arm(E) to the both sides of Seat Base(B) with Bolts(⑤), Spring Washers(③)and Flat Gaskets(④). Insert all the Bolts(⑤) half-way starting one by one as pictured. Don't tighten it at this moment. Step 7 A AA ① G Carefully install the Wooden Leg(G) at the bottom of Seat Base(A). Step 8 insert B D A E With assistance from your adult partner, align the mounting brackets on the Backrest(B) with those on the Left Arm(D) and Right Arm(E).
Step 9 A a b c ② ⑤ ③ ④ Insert the botls(⑤) half-way starting at “a” then to “b” and “c”. b c a Then tight the 7 Bolts with Allen Key(②) A Secure Backrest(B) to the bottom of Seat Base(A) using Bolts(⑤), Spring Ring(③) and Flat Gasket(④) with Allen Key(②). Insert Bolts(⑤) half-way starting at “a” then to “b” and “c”, until all bolts(⑤) are bolted in.
Step 10 C C C B D A E Place the Seat Cushionss(C) on the Seat Base (A). Step 11 F F F B D C A E Place the Back Cushions(F) on the Sofa. Your Sofa is ready for use. This Sofa can only be used on a flat, level surface.
