HANGING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1)
1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and
check that all parts are included as shown in the
illustration.
2. Shut off power at the circuit breaker and remove
old fixture including the mounting hardware
3. Determine length desired and connect the Down
Rods (P) & (M) to Fixture body (K), then secure
the Swivel (R) onto the Down Rods (M).
4. Place Canopy (J), Metal plate (I), Plastic washer
(H) and Metal washer (G) over bottom of the
Swivel (R), fasten with the Hex nut (F) by using
spanner (E) included.
5. Attach the Crossbar (A) to the junction box with
the Junction box screws (B) as shown. The side of
the Crossbar marked “GND” must face out
6. Thread the Nipple (C) part way into the center hole
of the Crossbar (A).
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)
7. Connect the fixture wires to the junction box wires
as shown in Fig.2. Making sure all wire connectors
are secured and do not easily pull off with a slight
tug. If there is no Green Ground wire from the
junction box, connect the Fixture Ground Wire to
the Crossbar with the green Screw provided.
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)
8. Place the Canopy (J) over the Nipple (C) secure
with the Cap Nut (D).
9. Install the Halogen bulbs (L) (included) to socket
by using the Suction cup Tool (N) in accordance
with the fixture’s specifications. (DO NOT
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!).
10. Secure the Glass Shade (O) to the Socket Cup
(Q) by twisting the Glass Shade (O) as shown in
Fig.1..
Your installation is now complete. Return power to
the junction box and test the fixture.
Note: Illustration (Fig. 1) on this manual is for
installation purposes only. It may or may not be
identical to the fixture purchased.
