• In the example screenshot in Figure 51 above, there are 2 Work Orders listed that were
synchronized to the device.
• In the grey bar at the top of the work orders, is listed the total number of Work Orders, and in
brackets the total number for the NuSite user. In this case the user logged in as user1.
• Each Work Order is highlighted with a different color to differentiate them.
• The Work Orders are listed with information about each work order
o Priority – priority level assigned when the Work Order was setup in NuScribe
o Created by – indicates it was synchronized to the database
o Assigned To – the user assigned to that work order when it was created in NuScribe
o Type – deploy or undeploy (layout or pickup), assigned when the work order was
created in NuScribe
o Issued – the date and time the work order was created in NuScribe
o Started At – date and time the work order is started in NuSite
o Completed At – date and time the work order is completed in NuSite
o Creator Comments – comments entered on NuScribe when creating the Work Order.
Usually short instructions
o Locations – summary of the receiver line(s) and stations that are covered by the work
order.
• Tapping on the left pointing arrow in the blue menu bar at the top of the screen will take the
user back to the Home page.
• Tapping on any of the work orders will open the Work Order control page.
