o Tapping on Un-Deploy will cause the NRU to switch to an un-deployed state.
Shutdown/Cannot Shutdown
• If the NRU that is connected to the NuSite device is in an Un-Deployed state, Shutdown Unit will
be show in the grey bar.

o Tapping on Shutdown NRU will cause the NRU to shut down completely, power off.
▪ The NRU LEDs will turn on solid orange. First all 4, then 2. Once all LEDs are off
the NRU is shut down.
▪ To turn the NRU back on it must be bumped, see the Bumping section of the
Field Equipment Manual for details.
• If the NRU that is connected to the NuSite device is in a Deployed state, Cannot Shutdown will
be shown in the grey bar.
o In order to shut down a NRU that is Deployed
▪ You must Undeploy, then the button will turn from Cannot Shutdown to
Shutdown, and the NRU can be shutdown using that button.
