not have a system time lock. The NRU must have System Time Lock to start
recording.
▪ GPS Locked – will show True or False. If the NRU is currently in BLE range of the
NuSite device this will show the current state of the GPS that the NRU is
broadcasting. If the NRU is no longer in range of the NuSite device this will show
the last status of the GPS that is present in the NuSite database. True indicates a
GPS lock, false indicates the NRU does not have GPS lock.
• A NRU that is recording can show False in the GPS Locked field when the
GPS is coasting. The NRU has a position fix, system clock is good, and it
is recording, the GPS is turned off to reduce battery consumption.
• The GPS will turn back on at intervals to check the system clock and
acquire a position fix again. The GPS Locked field will toggle to True.
• False in this field does not indicate an issue as long as the System Clock
is True, and the unit has a GPS position.
▪ Number of Satellites - if the NRU is currently in BLE range of the NuSite device
this will show the current number of GPS satellites that the NRU is receiving
good positioning data from. If the NRU is no longer in range of the NuSite device
this will show the last status of number of GPS satellites that is present in the
NuSite database.
▪ Location Average – will show True of False. If the NRU is currently in BLE range
of the NuSite device this will show if the NRU currently has enough positioning
data to average its position. If the NRU is no longer in range of the NuSite device
this will show the last status in the NuSite database that the NRU broadcasted
for if it had enough positioning data to average its position.
▪ Location Error – will indicate any errors with the GPS or positioning of the NRU
by True if no error, or False if there is an error. If the NRU is currently in BLE
range of the NuSite device this will show if the NRU has any location error or
not. If the NRU is no longer in range of the NuSite device this will show the last
status in the NuSite database that the NRU broadcasted for if it had a location
error or not. If there is an error, this field will turn red and the Deployment bar
will turn red and indicate the number of errors present in the field.
o Test Results – tapping on the Test Results bar will drop down the tests results details.
This field will only be populated if the NRU is in a Deployed state. An Un-deployed NRU
will show no tests result.
