1 Description of the System 1.1 Overview Zenius800 General Description The Zenius800 is a compact, high performance, low weight device with an integrated high accuracy GNSS, designed for outdoor & fieldwork usage. The Zenius800 can withstand severe environmental conditions including vibration, shock, moisture and temperature variations. The Zenius800 is suitable for use in harsh environments such as construction sites, warehouses, military, manufacturing and field service. 1.2 System Concept 1.2.

Turning off the Zenius800 step-by-step 1. Press the Power key for at least 1 second to open the Power off menu. Within the menu, the following options are available: • Power off: The operating system shuts down and the Zenius800 is turned off. • Restart: The operating systems shuts down and will restart the system again. • Airplane mode: Prevents the device from sending or receiving calls and text messages. 3 Operation 3.1 Batteries Battery Power System The Zenius800 device is designed to work with one removable battery placed inside the battery compartment. ☞ To open the battery compartment, follow the instructions of "Remove the battery step-by-step". 1. To insert the battery to the compartment, attach the upper side of the battery to the compartment at an angle. Align the contacts of the battery with the connectors of the battery compartment. 2. Lower the bottom side of the battery and put it in gently. 3. Push the lock of the battery to the lock position to secure the battery. 4. Attach the cover of the battery compartment at an angle.
