Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
Zenius5 does not
switch on when
using battery power
The remaining battery power may be too low to run the Zenius5. Charge the
battery, refer to Charge battery step-by-step.
Screen responds
slowly
Make sure that the Zenius5 is not running out of battery power. If the problem still
persists, restart your device.
Screen freezes.
Restart the Zenius5.
Cannot establish a
connection with a
computer via USB.
• Make sure that the Zenius5 and the computer are switched on before trying to
establish a connection.
• Make sure that the cable is securely plugged into the USB port on the computer
and on the Zenius5. Connect the USB cable directly to your computer. Do not
run the cable through a USB hub.
• Restart the Zenius5 before connecting the cable. Always disconnect the
Zenius5 before you restart your computer.
• In some specific cases, the Zenius5 may has connection problems when it is
connected to a Windows computer running ActiveSync. To resolve the problem,
tap the Windows button /Settings/Connections/USB to PC. Deselect the
checkbox Enable advanced network functionality.
Warning message:
Not enough
memory.
• Delete files and remove programs you no longer need
• Delete all files and clear history in Internet Explorer.
• Stop programs you are currently not using. To check the state of active
programs, tap the Windows button /Settings/System/Task Manager
• Restart the Zenius5.
