Making and ending a call
Operation
Description
Reject a call
Press the End key or tap Ignore on the screen to reject an incoming call.
End a call
Press the End key or tap End on the screen to end a call.

Operation
Description
Reading a text
message
There are 2 different ways to open the text message list and read a text message:
1) On the Start screen: Tap on the message section, that appears, if a new
message is received.
2) Tap the Windows button /Text.
Make a call from
contacts
Microsoft Contacts displays the contact information stored on the
Zenius5
and on the SIM card.
1) Tap the Contacts icon on the Start screen.
2) Tap the contact you want to call and select the number.
3) Press the Send key to make the call.
Make a call from call
history list
The call history list contains the calls that were made, received or
missed.
1) Start the phone program. Refer to Starting the phone program.
2) Tap the Call History button on the onscreen keypad.
3) Select a number from the call history list and press the Send key to make the
call.
Make a call from
speed dial
Press and hold the numeric key of the assigned speed dial number to make the call.
Answer a call
Press the Send key or tap Answer on the screen to answer an incoming call.

Description
Adjusting the phone
volume
Tap the speaker status icon on the status bar and select a volume level to adjust
the phone volume.
Using the mute
function
Tap the Mute button on the onscreen keypad to mute the microphone. Tap the
Unmute button to switch off the mute function.
If the microphone is muted, the mute icon appears on the status
bar.
Using the
speakerphone
Tap the Speaker On button on the onscreen keypad to switch on the speakerphone
function. Tap the Speaker Off button to switch the function off.
If the speakerphone function is switched on, the speakerphone icon
appears on the status bar.
