2.1 System Components

Component Description
Instrument An instrument for measuring, calculating and capturing data.
Ideally suited for tasks from simple measurements to complex
applications.
The various lines have a range of accuracy classes and support
different features. All lines can be connected with GGO or GGO
Tools to view, exchange and manage data.
Firmware The firmware package installed on the instrument. Consists of a
standard base operating system with optional extra features.
Office software An office software consisting of a suite of standard and extended
programs for the viewing, exchanging, managing and post-pro-
cessing of data.
Data transfer Data can be always transferred between an instrument and a
computer by a data transfer cable, USB memory stick, USB cable
or Bluetooth.
