DESCRIPCIÓN:
All Purpose Sealant es un sellador para cura de humedad, de
poliuretano de un solo componente, que no se hunde. Puede
utilizarse para calafatear la banda de metal, mampostería, ladrillo
o bloque de concreto. Puede ser utilizado como sellador para
exteriores para las barras de terminación colocadas y para sellar
cabezas de sujetadores.
INDICACIONES PARA LA APLICACIÓN:
1. Las superficies deberán estar limpias, secas, firmes, sin
escarcha y sin grasa. Cualquier grasa o aceite deberá retirarse
con un disolvente adecuado antes de aplicar All Purpose
Sealant. All Purpose Sealant puede aplicarse con una pistola
para calafatear estándar. Aplique All Purpose Sealant a una
temperatura superior a los 4º C (40º F).
2. No abra hasta haber terminado el trabajo de preparación.
Recorte la boquilla al tamaño deseado. Perfore el sello dentro
de la boquilla inmediatamente antes de la aplicación. Coloque
la pistola para calafatear y aplique.
3. Llene las uniones desde el punto más profundo hacia la
superficie sosteniendo una boquilla del tamaño adecuado
contra la parte posterior de la unión. Recomendamos trabajar el
producto con implemento. NO utilice agua jabonosa cuando
trabaje con implementos. No diluya.
VIDA EN ESTANTERÍA: Se puede esperar una vida en estantería
de 12 meses si el material se almacena entre 15,1 ºC y 26,7 ºC
(60 ºF y 80 ºF). Si el sellador
se expone a temperaturas inferiores,
restituya a la temperatura ambiente de 3 a 5 días antes de
utilizarlo.
LIMPIAR: Utilice alcoholes minerales mientras el material esté
fresco (generalmente dentro de un lapso de 24 horas). Después de
que Termination Caulk cure, puede retirarse por abrasión o por
medios mecánicos.
DESECHO: El usuario debe disponer de los contenedores
“vacíos” únicamente. El desecho debe estar de acuerdo con todas
las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales.

polvo seco.
EN CASO DE DERRAMES: Apague y elimine todas las fuentes de

nitrilo para evitar el contacto con la piel sea necesario. Utilice gafas
de seguridad con guardas lateralessea necesario. Utilice
protección respiratoria aprobada por NIOSH/MSHA según sea
necesario.
PRIMEROS AUXILIOS:
Contacto con los ojos: Enjuague con agua al menos durante 15
minutos. Contacte a un médico.
Contacto con
la piel: Lave el área afectada de la piel con agua y
jabón.
Inhalación: Trasládese al aire fresco. Si la respiración es
dificultosa, el personal calificado puede proporcionar oxígeno. Si
no respira proporcione respiración artificial. Procure atención

DESCRIPTION: All Purpose Sealant is a single component
polyurethane non-sag, moisture-curing sealant. It can be used
to caulk sheet metal, masonry, brick, and concrete block. It may
be used as an exterior sealant for attached termination bars
and to seal fastener heads.
APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:
1. Surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, frost-free, and
grease-free. Any grease or oil must be removed with a
suitable solvent prior to the application of All Purpose
Sealant. All Purpose Sealant is ready to apply with a
standard caulking gun. Apply All Purpose Sealant at a
temperature above 4 ºC (40 ºF).
2. Do not open until preparation work has been completed.
Trim nozzle to desired size opening. Puncture seal inside
nozzle just prior to application. Place in caulking gun and
apply.
3. Fill joints from the deepest point to the surface by holding a
properly sized nozzle against the back of the joint. Dry
tooling is recommended. DO NOT use soapy water when
tooling. Do not thin.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months can be expected if this material is
stored between 15.6° C to 26.7° C (60° F to 80° F). Should the
sealant be exposed to lower temperatures, restore to room
temperature 3 to 5 days prior to use.
CLEAN UP: Use mineral spirits while material is fresh
(generally within 24 hours). After All Purpose Sealant cures, it
can be removed by abrasion or mechanical means.
DISPOSAL:
User shall dispose of “empty” containers only.
Disposal should be in accordance with all federal, state, and
local regulations.
IN CASE OF FIRE: Use water fog, CO

, foam, or dry powder.
IN CASE OF SPILL: Shut off and eliminate all ignition sources.
Absorb with inert material. Transfer spilled material into secure
containers for proper disposal.

HEALTH HAZARD WARNINGS: Inhalation of vapors may
cause respiratory irritation and central nervous system
depression characterized by headache, dizziness, nausea,
muscular weakness and fatigue.
Eye contact may cause
irritation. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation or
sensitization. Repeated exposure may cause kidney,
liver and central nervous system damage.
PRECAUTIONS: Keep away from heat, sparks, motors and
open flames. Avoid prolonged inhalation and skin contact. Use
only in well ventilated areas. Keep container closed when not in
use. Use neoprene or nitrile gloves to prevent contact with skin
as needed. Wear safety glasses with side shields if needed.
Wear NIOSH/MSHA approved respiratory protection as
needed.
FIRST AID:
Eye Contact: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Contact
physician.
Skin Contact: Wash affected skin area with soap and water.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, oxygen
may be given by qualified personnel. If not breathing give
artificial respiration. Seek medical attention immediately.
Swallowing: Do not induce vomiting. Contact physician
immediately.
