The type of anticoagulant is generally EDTA or sodium citrate,
which varies depending on the supporting reagents. For details,
see the description in the supporting reagent instructions.
6.2.2 Sample analysis
Take procalcitonin (PCT) as an example:
1.Place the test card and sample at room temperature. Use the
unpacked test card within 1 hour.
2.Turn on the analyzer, enter the main menu, click the "Setup"
button, and then click the "Maintenance" button to enter the
maintenance interface, prepare the PCT magnetic card, click
“Swipe card”, and place the magnetic card in the card swipe
area according to the prompt. After successfully completing the
card swipe, return to the main menu after successful swipe.
Note: Unscratched items need to be swiped before the first
use. Swipe the card again when replacing a new batch of
reagent cards.
3.Pipette 100μl of serum, plasma or whole blood sample and add it
vertically to the sample well (when the sample is whole blood,
immediately add 1 drop of the matching whole blood dilution
solution). The reagent card is immediately inserted into the
analyzer's test slot. Click “STD Mode”. When the scan code
setting status of the reagent card is Auto, the analyzer will
recognize the barcode on the reagent card and automatically
switch to the item to be tested, and prompt “Please insert
