4 Working Principle
4.1 Overview
This analyzer uses immunofluorescence technique to quantitatively
measure the concentration of the analyzer. Under certain
conditions, the fluorescence emission intensity is proportional to the
concentration of the analyzer.
4.2 Measuring Principle
Some substances absorb incident light of certain wavelengths
when they are exposed to light, they can emit light which is slightly
longer than the incident light, the emitted light will disappear once
there is no light, this emitted light called fluorescence and such
substances are called fluorescein. Take fluorescein as a marker
and combine it with a known antibody, without affecting its
immunological properties, then use fluorescein-labeled antibody as
a standard reagent to detect and identify unknown antigens.
