Part 2 Mechanical installation JY] 2.1 Preparing your base assembly What you will need 16mm Bolt 0D Allen Wrench Set, Smm © Y-Axis Base Assembly Stop 1: Flip the Y-Axis Base Assembly upsides down and remove the cable ties from the bearing mount. Step 2: Align the Aluminum Build Plate center slot with the blue Y-Axis lead screw mount as shown in the picture. Step 3: Tighten (2} M8 18mm screws to secure the lead screw mount.
2.2 installing limit switches & cable holders to Y-Axis What you will need i w POE we & {10} M3 Smm Screw 8 {6} Cable Holder o {2} Limit Switch 0 Screwdriver & Y-Axis Bass Assembly Step 1: Locate the Limit switch mount indents on the inner side of the frame. One on each side as shown below. Step 2: Install cable wire holders in the per-drilled holes next to the mit switches, using the 3mm screws. Install two cable holders on each side, facing inside the frame.

Step 1: The first limit switch {o install is on the stepper motor side. You will need the two white ABS spacers and the longer 20mm M3 screws for this step. Locate the two per-drilled holes on the inside of the gantry next fo the lead screw, as shown in the picture below. Using {2} M3 20mm screws to secure the limit switch followed by the spacers into the drama.

Step 2: Use Allen kay to insert into the holes of slider nus and move each of them for certain distance.

Step 2: Place the Acrylic Spacer template underneath the gantry fo prop a side up at a time. See through the six per-drilled holes on the side of the gantry to make sure they align with the nuts positioned before in 2.5 before.
Step 3: install (8) M5 14mm bolts into the T-Slot nuts. Esp the bolts loose unit you finish the other side. Stop 4: Repeat the process on the opposite side. Now you can tighten all 12 M& 14mm bolts.

Step 2: Loosen the Spindle Mount Hex Screw Step 3: Slide the spindle inch the mount until the external sleeve of the spindle is fully inserted. Step 4: Tighten the Hex screw io secure the Spindles. Do not over tights the screw, as it can damage the mount.

Pas! off the protective paper from the baffles. Step 1: insert the MS bolts from the outside of the baffle (For example, for the left-side baffle, the MS bolt should insert from the left side). Than put the T-Sol nut onto the bolt from the other side using your hand.

Put on the M3 T-Riot nuts trough facing you. Install the board by inserting (4) M3 20mm T-Riot the holes into M4 8mm bolts. One tum only. Keep the nuts onto the top and bottom beams on the frame, like shown nut loose and in horizontal position so that they can in the figure below.
Step 3: Slide the board horizontally to leave about 30mm of space between the board and the left edge of the machine as shown below. Step 4: Now you can tighten all {4} M3 8mm bolts so the T-Slot nuts lock the board into the farms.
3.2 Connecting X-Axis Limit Switches What you will need i oO Limit Switch Cable X LIME, 15cm o Limit Switch Cable X MIL-, 53cm 8 Sealing Strip, X-Axis, 34cm {Limit switch cables have black plugs on both ends) Position the machine so that the main control board is facing you.
Step 2: Conn sot Limit Switch Cable X-MIL to the Limit switch on the right side. Run the cable behind the control board, along the top channel! of the bottom beam, then loop around the control board.
Step 3: Press the sealing strip {flat side out) over the cable into the top channel of the bottom beam:
3.3 Connecting Y-Axis Limit Switches What you will need : €D Limit Switch Gable Y LIME, 30cm &) sealing Strip, Y-Axis, 27om €D Limit Switch Cable Y MIL-, 60cm Step 1: Connect one and of the Limit Switch Cable Y-MIL to the Y+ limit switch {the one on the step motor side} Step 2: Connect one end of the Limit Switch Cable Y-MIL to the Limit switch.
Step 3: Connect both cables fo the corresponding sockets on the control board. Step 4: Press the sealing strip (Rat side out) over the Limit switch cable into the side beam.

X-Axis stepper moor is on the ski of the machine. Y-Axis sapper mayor is on the belt om of the machine in ths back. Z-Axis stepper moor is on top of the machines. As shown in the photos below.
Step 2: Connect each stepper motor with the labeled cable to the main control board. Note halt the end of 4-pin plug goes io the main board.

Step 2: Insert Emergency button into the per-cut hols underneath the X-Axis Stepper Motor. See Picture . Step 3: From the other side of the metal platitudinous, Install the square lock washer {with pointy corners facing the metal plate} , then black plastic nut back onto the Emergency button and tighten down.
Step 4: Connect the cabs to the main control board. Sse position show blow. Usage: Pushing the button wif ginger emergency stop. The bunion will stay snagged once pushed. The button can only released when misled clockwise. This prevents double pushing the buffoon from releasing the trigger.

Teil Mechanischer Zusammenbau HM 2.1 Vorbereitung der Basisbaugruppe Was wird benötigt &o 2 x Schraube Mexiko a Inbusschlüssel, Smm o Y-Achsen Basisbaugruppe Schritt 1: Drehen Sie die Y-Achsen-Basisbaugruppe auf den Kopf und entfetten Sie die Kabelbinder von der Lagerhalterung. Schrift 2: Richten Sie den Mitteldeutsch der Aluminium-Bauplatine mit der blauen ¥-Achsen-Gewindespindeihallerung aus, wiw in der Abbildung gezeigt.
Schritt 3: Installieren Sie sechs Schrauben M5x14rm in die Meilensteine. Belassen Sis die Schrauben locker, bis Sie die andere Seife fertig gestellt haben. Schritt 4 Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Jetzt Kinnen Sie alle 2wdlf Mexiko Schrauben anziehen.

2.8 Montage der Acryl-Seitenwende Was wird benötigt oO 8 x Schraube M&x 10mm oS 8 x T-Einsteigen M5x20mm a Inbusschlüssel, 3mm © 2 x Acryl-Seltanwand Identifizieren Sie zuerst die links und dis reche Seitenwand, indem Sie die Seitenwand passend zur Form an den Rahmen anlegen. Ziehen Sie das Schutzpapier von den Seitenwinden ab. Beiritt 1: Setzen Sie die Schrauben MSx10mm von der Austeilens der Seitenwand ain {z.B. fair die linke Seitenwand solid die Mr-Schraubs von der linken Seite eingekesselt werden).
Schritt 3: Zeichen Sie nun die Mr-Schrauben an, um die Seitenwand zu befestigen. Wiederholen Sle die Schritte, um die andere Seite zu installieren.
Schritt 3: Verschieben Sie die Steuerbaugruppe horizontal so, dass zwischen der Steuerbaugruppe und der linken Kante der Maschine etwa 30mm Platz verbleibt. Hisse unterstehen Abbildung. Schritt 4: Jetzt Kinnen Sie die vier M3x8mm Schrauben anziehen, so dass dis Meilensteine die Steuerbaugruppe an den beiden Profilschienen.
Schritt 2: Schieben Sie das Schallabstrahlend X-Lima den X-Endschalter auf der rechten Seins an. Verlegen Sie das Kabel hinter der Steuerbaugruppe, entlang des oberen Kanals dsr unteren Profilscheins und filetieren Sie es dann um die Steuerbaugruppe herum. Das andere Ende des Kabels schliefen Sie an die Buchse X-Milder Steuerbaugruppe an.
Schritt 3: Schiefen Sie beide Kabel an dis entsprechenden Buchsen der Steuerbaugruppe an. Schrift 4: Drinstecken Sie den Dichtungsstreifen {mit der flachen Seite nach laufen} lieber das Kabel des Y-Endschalters in die seitliche Profilschiene.
Schritt 2: Schlieren Sie jeden Schrittmeteor mit dem beschrifteten Kabel an die Hauptsteuerplatine an. Beachten Sie, dass das Ende des 4-poligen Steckers zur Hauptplatine fit.
