Keyboard Features
This screen sets start up configurations for the keyboard.

Disabled - HDA will be
unconditionally disabled
System Cooling Mode Cool
Normal
Max Performance
Set cooling mode:
[Cool] – CPU is slowed down to
reduce heating.
[Normal] – CPU runs normally
[Max Performance] – CPU runs as
fast as necessary
NOTE
Max Performance will not
allow the unit to over-heat. However,
over-heating will limit performance
and the fan will run.
Field Setting Function
NumLock: Auto
On
Off
Sets NumLock on/off/auto state at
startups
Ambient Light Sensor On Keyboard Enabled
Disabled
Enables/Disables the Ambient Light
Sensor which activattes the
keyboard backlight in low lighting
conditions.
