2.2.2.12.5 Support Menu
Figure 2.2.2.12.5-1: Support Menu
The support menu is grayed out for the Administration and Monitor releases of the Configuration Manager
software. These functions are intended for use by support personnel only.
2.2.2.13 Display / File Options
The main screen window has a selection control underneath it that allows the user to select what is shown
in the display. The administrator can choose to display any one of the defined groups, or all of the groups
and phones (ALL, the default), or just those phones that are not members of a pooled-time group (NONE).
In each case the entries will be ordered in ascending MSISDN value. Only the MSISDN entries that are
currently displayed will be included in text file output for printing or editing. See the File Menu section,
Create Text File.
The scroll arrows on the right of the box are used to show each defined group, or the ALL or NONE
selections.
