Operation

Adjusting Tooth Bar Height

• Push control box toggle switch to LOWER position

(A) to lower tooth bar for grading.

• Push toggle switch to RAISE position (B) to raise

tooth bar from work for turning around or leaving

work area.

Adjusting Pin Hitch Position

On units equipped with the pin hitch, the pin hitch posi-

tion can be adjusted to increase or decrease grading

aggressiveness.

• Mount the pin hitch in the lowest position for less

aggressive grading and a smoother surface.

• Mount the pin hitch in the highest position for

aggressive grading.

Adjust pin hitch position as follows:

1. See Figure 3-2. Remove connectors from Molex

mount (A).

2. Remove the rear bolt, washers and locknut (B)

using two 9/16" wrenches.

3. Remove the front bolt, Molex mount, washers and

locknut (C).

4. See Figure 3-3. Flip pitch plate assembly over and

reinstall bolts, washers, Molex mount, and lock-

nuts.

5. For further adjustments, pull pull pin (D) to disen-

gage pin from pitch plate.

6. See Figure 3-4. Align pitch bar hole with pitch

plate hole at desired setting (E) and slide pull pin

through to lock the setting.
