carton contents.
4. Record model, serial number, and date of
purchase on front cover of this manual.
Assembly
Call Generac Customer Service at 1-888-
GENERAC (1-888-436-3722) for any assem-
bly issues or concerns. Please have model
and serial number available.
The following tools are required to install the
accessory kit.
• Needle nose pliers
• Ratchet
• 12mm socket
• 12mm wrench
NOTE: The wheels are not intended for over-
the-road use.
Install wheels as follows. See Figure 2-6.
1. Slide axle pin (D) through the wheel (B),
wheel bracket on frame, and flat washer
(J).
2. Insert cotter pin (E). Bend tabs (of cotter
pins) outward to lock into place.
Install frame foot as shown in Figure 2-6.
1. Place frame foot assembly (C) under
frame. Secure with M8-1.25 x 40 bolts (G)
and M8-1.25 hex flange nut (F).

Install handle as shown in Figure 2-7.
1. Install handle (A) to frame with M8-1.25 x
45 bolts (H).
2. Slide M8-1.25 x 45 bolts (H) through han-
dle bracket and handle (A). Install M8-1.25
hex flange nut (F).

Add Engine Oil
1. Place generator on a level surface.
2. Verify oil fill area is clean.
3. Remove oil fill cap and wipe dipstick clean.
See Figure 2-8.
