Failure to perform a daily inspection may result in serious damage to the prime mover.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Refer to the original equipment manufacturer’s operating manual for a complete list of
maintenance requirements. Failure to comply with the procedures as described in the engine
operator manual will nullify the warranty, decrease performance and cause equipment
damage or premature equipment failure. Maintenance records may be required to complete
a warranty request.
Use the schedule in the following table as a guide for regular maintenance intervals.

Check V-belts
Check Coolant (additive concentration)
Check Intake Air Pipes for Damage
Replace Pump Lubricating Oil
Replace Fuel Filter Cartridge
Change Engine Oil and Filter

Check Cold Starting Devices
Check Engine Mounting (tighten, replace if damaged
when necessary)
Check Fastenings & Hose Unions/Clips
Replace Engine Air Cleaner Element
Replace V-belt
Change Compressor Air Cleaner Element
Grease Pump Bearings
