Operation
• The altitude above sea level where the pump is
operating.
NOTE: As the pump operates, avoid sucking an air/liquid
mixture into the intake side of the pump as this may
cause the pump to cavitate, causing damage to the pump
impeller. The intake hose must be kept 4-5 times the
hose diameter (4-5 x 6 in. = 24-30 in. [4-5 x 15 cm = 60-
75 cm]) below the surface of the liquid being pumped.
NOTE: Do not exceed the maximum recommended
operating pressure for the pump.
Flow Rates
Use the following charts for approximate flow rates.

WARNING
Personal Injury. Do not operate pump with flow
completely restricted. Doing so could cause pump
casing to explode and could result in death or
serious injury.
