STANDARD 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR MOBILE LINK™
(FOR RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL GENERATORS)
Generac Power Systems, Inc. (Generac) warrants the Mobile Link™ will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the items and period set
forth below. Generac will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part that, upon evaluation by Generac or a Generac Authorized Warranty Service
Dealer, is found to be defective. Any equipment that the purchaser/owner claims to be defective must be returned to and examined by Generac or the
nearest Generac Authorized Warranty Service Dealer. All shipping costs under the warranty, including return to the factory, are to be borne by Generac.
This warranty applies only to Generac Mobile Link™ and is not transferable from original purchaser.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the first retail end user and runs for a period of one (1) year. Purchasing an Extended Warranty on
the generator does NOT extend the 1 year warranty on the Mobile Link. “Consumer Application” means personal residential household/light commercial
use by a retail consumer. No other use is warranted.
CONSUMER APPLICATION
YEAR ONE - Limited comprehensive coverage on Part(s).
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Any travel expenses to troubleshoot, remove, replace or adjust a part(s).
2. Normal customer maintenance items.
3. Failures due, but not limited, to the following:
• Improper installation • Misuse
• Improper repair/diagnosis • Abuse
• Improper maintenance • Accident
• Normal wear and tear • Misapplication
• Negligence
4. Failures caused by any external cause or act of God, such as collision, theft, vandalism, riot or wars, nuclear holocaust, fire, lightning, earthquake,
windstorm, hail, volcanic eruption, water or flood, tornado or hurricane.
5. Products and/or part(s) that are modified or altered in a manner not authorized by Generac in writing.
6. Any incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or replacement of the defec-
tive part(s).
7. Telephone, cellular phone, facsimile, internet access or other communication expenses.
8. Living or travel expenses of person(s) performing service, except as specifically included within the terms of a specific unit warranty period.
9. Any express shipping overnight, next day air, etc.
10. Labor charges.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SPECIFICALLY, GENERAC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES
AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any implied warranties which are allowed by law, shall be limited in dura-
tion to the terms of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. GENERAC’S ONLY LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PART(S) AS STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL GENERAC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE A DIRECT RESULT OF GENERAC’S
NEGLIGENCE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights from state to state.

PROCEDURE FOR FILING CLAIM:
If you encounter a problem with your Mobile Link, please review the installation for any obvious issues.
If a problem still exists, please contact 888-GENVIEW (888-436-8439) for assistance and have your proof of purchase available for verification.
After speaking with a customer service representative, a decision will be made if a replacement Mobile Link will be sent out to you free of charge.
The manufacturer may require the return of the defective unit at its sole discretion.
NOTE: Labor and travel charges ARE NOT allowed under this factory warranty.
