1.1 UNPACKING
Remove all packaging material.
Remove separate accessory box.
Remove carton off the generator.
1.1.1 ACCESSORY BOX
Check all contents (Figure 1). If any parts are missing or damaged
locate an authorized dealer at www.generac.com/Dealer Locator.
Contents include:
• 1-Owner’s manual
• 1-Frame Foot
• 2-Wheels
1-Hardware bag (containing the following):
– 5-Flange Nuts
– 2-Rubber Feet
– 2-Short Bolts
– 2-Cotter Pins
• 1-Axle
1-Handle with Grip
• 1-Plastic Spacer
• 1-Handle Bracket
• 3-Long Bolts
• 1-Handle Assembly
2-Long Curved Head Bolts
• 2-Acorn Nuts
• 2-Axle Pins
• 2-Washers
2-Flange Nuts (electric start only)
1-Battery Charger (electric start only)
1- Adapter Cable (see the "Adapter Cable, 50 Hz" section)

1.2 ASSEMBLY
Read entire Owner's Manual before attempting to assemble or
operate the generator. The generator requires some assembly
prior to using it. If problems arise when assembling the generator,
please call an authorized dealer at www.generac.com/Dealer
Locator.
1.2.1 ASSEMBLING THE WHEEL KIT AND FRAME FOOT
The wheel kit is designed to greatly improve the portability of the
generator. Refer to Figure 2 and install the wheel kit and frame foot
as follows.
You will need the following tools to install the wheel kit:
• Pliers
• 13mm wrench
13mm socket wrench
NOTE:
The wheel kit is not intended for over-the-road use.
Wheels
Slide the Axle Pin through the Wheel, Wheel Spacer (Washer)
and the Frame.
Install the Hair Pin to the Axle Pin to secure the wheel. Repeat
for the opposite side.
Foot
Secure the Vibration Mounts to the Frame Foot with the included
locking nuts.
To install the Frame Foot, install the Frame Bolts though the
Frame Washers, Frame and Frame foot. Secure with the flange
nuts.
