GEHERAC POWER SYSTEMS LiMiTED WARRANTY FOR
COMMERCIAL GRADEPOWER WASHERS
GeneracPower Systems, Inc. (Generac)warrants its Power Washerswill be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for the items
and period set forth below. Generac will, at its option, repair or replace any part which, upon examination, inspection andtesting by Generacor a GeneracAuthorized
Warranty Service Dealer,is found to be defective. Repair or replacement pursuantto this limited warranty shall not renew or extendthe original warranty period. Any
repairedproduct shall be warrantedfor the remaining original warranty period only. Any equipment that the purchaser/owner claims to be defective must be returnedto
and examinedby the nearestGeneracAuthorized Warranty Service Dealer.All transportation costs under the warranty, including return to the factory, areto be borne
and prepaid by the purchaser/owner.This warranty applies only to GeneracPressureWashers and is not transferable from original purchaser.Save your proof-of-
purchase receipt. If you do not provide proof of the initial purchase date,the manufacturer's shipping date of the product will be usedto determinethe warranty period.

WARRANTY SCHEDULE
LIFETIME- Pump Manifold against freezingor cracking
FIRSTSEVEN(7) YEARS- Limited comprehensive coverage on Part(s) (proof of purchase and maintenance is required):
- High PressurePump
YEARONEAND TWO- Limited comprehensive coverage on Part(s) (proof of purchase and maintenance is required):
- Cart Assembly - Pulley
- Plumbing
90 DAYS- Limited comprehensive coverage on Part(s) (proof of purchase and maintenanceis required):
- TriggerGun/Wand - Strainer/Filter
- UnloaderValve - High PressureHose
GUIDELINES:
1. Tile customer is responsible to read and following all operating instructions.
2. Products that are damageddue to improper operation will not be covered by warranty. This includes water pump componentsthat are started without the required
water flow and pressure.
3. The customer will be responsibleto transport the product to an authorizedGenerac repair facility for allWarranty work.
4. Verification of maintenance may be requestedfor coverage of Warranty Repairs.
5. Warranty Parts shipment costs are reimbursed at ground shipment rates. Costsrelated to requests for expeditedshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Engine is covered by a separatewarranty by the engine manufacturer.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Generac power washersthat utilize non-Generacreplacement parts.
2. Costs of normal maintenanceand adjustments.
3. Failuredue to lack of maintenance.
4. Normal wear parts:
- Pump Packing - Spray Nozzles
- PumpValves - DetergentValves
- O-Rings - Quick Couplings/Screw Connects
- Belts
5. Failures caused by any contaminated or improper fuels, oils or water or the lack of proper oil or water levels.
6. Repairsor diagnostics performed by individuals other than Guardian/Generacauthorized dealers not authorized in writing by GeneracPower Systems.
7. Failures due, but not limited, to normal wear and tear,accident, misuse, abuse, negligenceor improper use. As with all mechanical devices, the Generac engines
need periodic part(s) service and replacementto perform as designed. This warranty will not cover repair when normal use has exhaustedthe life of a part(s) or
engine.
8. Failures caused by any act of God and other force majeure events beyondthe manufacturer's control.
9. Damage relatedto rodent and/or insect infestation.
10. Products that are modified or alteredin a manner not authorized by Generac in writing.
11. Any incidental, consequentialor indirect damages caused by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
12. Parts damaged or worn because of the use of caustic liquids or by operation in abrasive or corrosive environments or under conditions causing pump cavitations.
13. Failuredue to misapplication.
14. Expensesrelated to "customer instruction" or troubleshooting where no manufacturing defectis found.
15. Rentalequipment usedwhile warranty repairs arebeing performed.
16. Starting batteries, fuses, filters, light bulbs and enginefluids.
THISWARRANTYIS INPLACEOFALL OTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSEDORIMPLIED,SPECIFICALLY,GENERACPOWERSYSTEMSMAKESNOOTHERWARRANTIESAS
TO THEMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE.Any impliedwarrantieswhich are allowed by law, shall belimited in durationto the terms of the
expresswarranty provided herein.Some states do not allow limitations on how longan impliedwarranty lasts, so the above limitation may not applyto purchaser/owner.

INC.NEGLIGENCE.Somestates do not allowthe exclusionor limitation of incidental or consequentialdamages, so the above limitationsmay not applyto purchaser/
owner.Purchaser/owneragreesto make no claims against GeneracPowerSystems, Inc. basedon negligence.This warranty gives purchaser/ownerspecific legalrights.
Purchaser/owneralso may haveother rights that vary from stateto state.
