ATTACHING A REFLECTOR OR
LIGHT-SHAPING ACCESSORY
The Trailblazer features an integrated
Bowens mount that accommodates most
Bowens-compatible accessories such as
reflectors, softboxes, grids, and snoots.
To attach a Bowens-mount accessory:
1. Insert the mounting pegs
on the accessory into the
Trailblazer's Bowens mount.
2. Turn the reflector clockwise until
it’s snug, and tighten the fix screw.
To remove the reflector, loosen the
fix screw, and turn the reflector
counterclockwise to slide it out of the mount.
USING THE TRAILBLAZER WITH
BATTERY POWER
1. Make sure the power knob is in the
off position the barrel connector
from the DC input if it's plugged in.
2. Install the battery (see
above).
3. Turn on the Trailblazer.
The battery status indicator on the LCD
screen will display the remaining battery
power relative to the brightness level.
USING THE TRAILBLAZER WITH AC POWER
1. Make sure the power knob is in the
off position. Remove the battery
from the battery slot if it's installed.
2. Plug the AC adapter into the
Trailbazer's DC power input, and then
connect it to an AC outlet with the
included AC power cord.
