The fixture runs on a readily available NP-F battery or on AC power, and despite its size, it serves up 8010 lux to illuminate your subjects with an extremely high degree of color accuracy.

INSTALLING THE BATTERY The Trailblazer includes a charger for the rechargeable NP-F battery. Slide the battery into the battery slot until it locks in place. 1. To remove the battery, press the battery release and slide the battery out of the slot. Slide the battery onto the battery plate, and attach the battery plate to the charger by sliding the plate into the charger. 2. Swivel the plug out of the notch, and plug the charger into an available AC outlet.
PREPARING FOR USE Instructions MOUNTING ON A LIGHT STAND 3. Important! Always support the Trailblazer with one hand when mounting or adjusting the angle until all locks and connections are tight and secure. Place the Trailblazer’s baby pin into the tilt adapter’s receiver, and tighten the locking knob until secure. 4. To adjust the angle of the light, loosen the tilt lock while supporting the light with one hand. Adjust the light’s angle, and retighten until secure.
ATTACHING A REFLECTOR OR LIGHT-SHAPING ACCESSORY USING THE TRAILBLAZER WITH BATTERY POWER The Trailblazer features an integrated Bowens mount that accommodates most Bowens-compatible accessories such as reflectors, softboxes, grids, and snoots. 1.
