USR declares that 5412 and 5419 are limited to CH1 through 11, 2412 to 2462 MHz, in
the USA by specific firmware, which is controlled by the manufacturer and cannot be
changed by the user.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter. End users must follow the specific operating instructions for
satisfying RF exposure compliance.
5412: SAR compliance has been established in typical laptop computer(s) with a
CardBus slot. This product may be used in a typical laptop computer with a CardBus
slot. Other application, such as use with a handheld PC or similar device, has not been
verified and may not comply with related RF exposure rules. Such use is prohibited.
UL Listing/CUL Listing:
5412: This information technology equipment is UL Listed and C-UL Listed for both the
US and Canadian markets respectively for use only with UL Listed laptop or notebook
computers. Use this product only in UL Listed Information Technology Equipment (ITE).
5419: This information technology equipment is UL Listed and C-UL Listed for both the
US and Canadian markets respectively for use with UL Listed personal computers that
have installation instructions detailing user installation of card accessories. Use this
product only in UL Listed Information Technology Equipment (ITE).
