the m axim um perm it t ed EI RP level for this frequency m ay not be
exceeded. Because high power radars are allocated as prim ary users
(m eaning t hey have priority) in 5250-5350 MHz, these radars could
cause int erference and/ or damage to license exem pt LAN devices.

located or point ed such t hat it does not em it RF field in excess of
