Category
Description Configurations
WAN UP/
DOWN
Alert
Sends an alert email if the
WAN interface link is UP or
DOWN.
To Email Address: Enter
the email address to
receive the alert messages.
Alert Interval: Specify how
often in minutes the
security appliance sends
the alert messages for
WAN down or up events.
IPSec
Alert
Sends an alert email if the
IPSec VPN tunnel
negotiation fails.
To Email Address: Enter
the email address to
receive the alert messages.
IPS Alert Sends an alert email if an
attack is detected over the
specified email alert
threshold for IPS categories
or IM and P2P applications.
You first need to enable the
IPS service and specify the
email alert thresholds for
the IM and P2P Blocking
feature and/or the IPS
Policy and Protocol
Inspection feature. See
Intrusion Prevention
Service, page 214.
