4.7 U.S. ROBOTI CS will m ake reasonable effort t o ship repaired or replaced product
or part t o CUSTOMER, at U.S. ROBOTI CS expense, not lat er t han TWENTY ONE (21)
DAYS aft er U.S. ROBOTI CS receives the authorised CUSTOMER ret urn at an
authorised U.S. ROBOTI CS Return Centre.
4.8 U.S. ROBOTI CS shall not be liable for any dam ages caused by delay in delivering
or furnishing repaired or replaced product or part .
5.0 LIMITATIONS:
5.1 THI RD- PARTY SOFTWARE: This U.S. ROBOTI CS product m ay include or be
bundled with t hird- party soft ware, the use of which is governed by separat e end- user
license agreem ent s provided by t hird- part y soft ware vendors. This U.S. ROBOTI CS
Lim it ed Warrant y does not apply to such t hird- party soft ware. For the applicable
warranty refer t o t he end- user license agreem ent governing t he use of such soft ware.
5.2 DAMAGE DUE TO MI SUSE, NEGLECT, NON-COMPLI ANCE, I MPROPER
I NSTALLATI ON, AND/ OR ENVI RONMENTAL FACTORS: To t he extent perm itt ed by
applicable law, t his U.S. ROBOTI CS Lim ited Warrant y does not apply to norm al wear
and t ear; dam age or loss of dat a due t o int eroperability with current and/ or future
versions of operat ing system or other current and/ or future software and hardware;
alterat ions ( by persons ot her t han U.S. ROBOTI CS or aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS
Service Centres) ; dam age caused by operat or error or non- com pliance wit h
instructions as set out in t he user docum ent ation or other accom panying
docum ent ation; dam age caused by acts of nat ure such as light ning, storm s, floods,
fires, and eart hquakes, et c. Products evidencing the product serial num ber has been
tam pered with or rem oved; m isuse, neglect, and im proper handling; dam age caused
by undue physical, tem perat ure, or electrical st ress; count erfeit products; dam age or
loss of dat a caused by a com put er virus, worm , Troj an horse, or m em ory cont ent
corruption; failures of t he product which result from accident , abuse, m isuse
( including but not lim it ed t o im proper installat ion, connection to incorrect volt ages,
and power point s); failures caused by products not supplied by U.S. ROBOTI CS;
dam age cause by m oisture, corrosive environm ent s, high volt age surges, shipping,
abnorm al working conditions; or t he use of t he product outside the borders of t he
country or t erritory int ended for use ( As indicated by t he Product Model Num ber and
any local telecom m unication approval stickers affixed t o t he product).
