4.0 WARRANTY REPLACEMENT:
4.1 I n the event U.S. ROBOTI CS Technical Support or its aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS
Service Centre det erm ines t he product or part has a m alfunction or failure at t ribut able
directly t o faulty workm anship and/ or m at erials; and t he product is wit hin t he TWO
( 2) YEAR warrant y term ; and t he CUSTOMER will include a copy of t he dated Proof of
Purchase ( original purchase receipt from U.S. ROBOTI CS or its aut horised reseller)
with the product or part wit h the ret urned product or part, t hen U.S. ROBOTI CS will
issue CUSTOMER a Return Material Aut horisat ion ( RMA) and instructions for t he
ret urn of t he product t o t he aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS Drop Zone.
4.2 Any product or part returned t o U.S. ROBOTI CS wit hout an RMA issued by U.S.
ROBOTI CS or its aut horised U.S. ROBOTI CS Service Cent re will be ret urned.
4.3 CUSTOMER agrees to pay shipping charges t o return t he product or part t o the
authorised U.S. ROBOTI CS Return Centre; t o insure t he product or assum e t he risk of
loss or dam age which m ay occur in transit ; and t o use a shipping cont ainer equivalent
to the original packaging.
4.4 Responsibility for loss or dam age does not t ransfer to U.S. ROBOTI CS unt il t he
ret urned product or part is received as an aut horised ret urn at an authorised U.S.
ROBOTI CS Return Centre.
4.5 Aut horised CUSTOMER ret urns will be unpacked, visually inspect ed, and m at ched
to the Product Model Num ber and Product Serial Num ber for which t he RMA was
authorised. The enclosed Proof of Purchase will be inspected for date of purchase and
place of purchase. U.S. ROBOTI CS m ay deny warranty service if visual inspection of
the ret urned product or part does not m at ch t he CUSTOMER supplied inform ation for
which t he RMA was issued.
4.6 Once a CUSTOMER ret urn has been unpacked, visually inspected, and tested U.S.
ROBOTI CS will, at its sole discret ion, repair or replace, using new or recondit ioned
product or parts, to what ever ext ent it deem s necessary t o restore t he product or part
to operat ing condition.
