1.6 U.S. ROBOTI CS sole obligat ion under t his warrant y shall be, at U.S. ROBOTI CS
sole discret ion, to repair the defect ive product or part wit h new or reconditioned
part s; or t o exchange t he defective product or part wit h a new or reconditioned
product or part t hat is t he sam e or sim ilar; or if neit her of t he two foregoing opt ions is
reasonably available, U.S. ROBOTI CS m ay, at its sole discret ion, provide a refund t o
the CUSTOMER not t o exceed t he latest published U.S. ROBOTI CS recom m ended
ret ail purchase price of t he product, less any applicable service fees. All products or
part s that are exchanged for replacem ent will becom e the propert y of U.S. ROBOTI CS.
1.7 U.S. ROBOTI CS warrant s any replacem ent product or part for NI NETY ( 90) DAYS
from the dat e t he product or part is shipped t o Custom er.
1.8 U.S. ROBOTI CS m akes no warranty or representat ion that t his product will m eet
CUSTOMER requirem ent s or work in com binat ion with any hardware or soft ware
products provided by third parties.
1.9 U.S. ROBOTI CS m akes no warranty or representat ion that t he operation of t he
soft ware products provided with this product will be unint errupt ed or error free, or
that all defect s in soft ware products will be corrected.
1.10 U.S. ROBOTI CS shall not be responsible for any software or other CUSTOMER
dat a or inform at ion contained in or stored on this product.
2.0 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:
2.1 CUSTOMER assum es full responsibilit y that this product m eets CUSTOMER
specificat ions and requirem ents.
2.2 CUSTOMER is specifically advised t o m ake a backup copy of all soft ware provided
with this product.
