Security is enabled on my Wireless Router, Access Point, or

network authentication server and my wireless adapter

cannot connect.

Solution:

The wireless adapter supports WEP ( open and shared, 64 and 128 bit) , WPA, WPA2,

802.1X, and CCKM encrypt ion. Verify t hat all of t he security feat ures you have

ent ered for t he profile of your wireless adapt er m at ch the sett ings for your wireless

rout er or access point . For m ore inform at ion about setting up connection profiles and

securit y feat ures, right click t he USRobot ics N d1 Configurat ion Ut ilit y icon and

select Help Files.

WPA and WPA2 encryption require Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or Windows 2000

with Service Pack 4.
