ON/OFF/DISPLAY
Turn on and turn off the digital unit.Rotate display 180 degrees.
ZERO/HOLD
Hold the display of the measurement. Returns the display to zero.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Press ON/OFF buon to turn on the digital goniometer.
2. To change display direcon 180 degree, short press the ON/OFF/DISPLAY buon.
3. Press ZERO/HOLD buon for 3 seconds to Zero the display.
4. Rotate the arms of the goniometer to take range of moon measurements.
5. To lock the display of desired measurement, short press the ZERO/HOLD buon.
6. When the measurement is in HOLD mode, the digital reader will not display a new measurement.
7. To take off HOLD mode, short press the ZERO/HOLD buon.
8. To turn off the digital unit, press down the ON/OFF buon unl the unit is turned off.
9. Automac shut down aer 2 minutes on non-use.
REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY
IMPORTANT NOTE
If goniometer does not turn on, be sure baery compartment is completely closed.
Do not drop the digital goniometer on a hard surface.
Do not submerge the digital unit in water or get wet to prevent damaging the electronic components.
Do not store the digital goniometer with cleaning chemicals.
The chemical vapors may affect the electronic components of the digital unit.
Care has been taken to print the scales on the goniometer as accurately as possible.
However, these scales are not as accurate as the digital readout. If the two values do not match,
be sure to use the more accurate value from the digital display.
