A. Gemini warrants its products tobe free from defects inmaterialsand
workmanshipforOne (1) year from the originalpurchasedate.
Exceptions:Laserassemblies on CD Players, cartridges, and cross-
faders arecovered for 90days.
B. This limitedwarranty does not cover damage orfailure caused by abuse,
misuse,abnormal use, faulty installation, impropermaintenanceor any repairs
other than those provided by an authorizedGemini Service Center.
C. There are no oblig
ations of liabilityonthe part of Gemini forconsequen-
tial damages arisingout of orin connection with the useorperformance of
the product orother indirect damages withrespectto loss of property, rev-
enues, of profit,or costs of removal, installation, or reinstallation.Allimplied
warranties for Gemini,includingimplied warranties forfitness, are limitedin
duration to One (1)year fromtheoriginal date of purchase, unless other-
wise mandated by localstatu
tes.
RETURN/REPAIR
A. In the U.S.A.,pleasecall our helpful CustomerService Representatives at
(732)738-9003, and they will behappy to giveyoua Return Authorization
Number (RA#) and theaddressof anauthorizedservice center closest to
you.
B. After receiving an RA#,includea copyof theoriginalsales receipt,
with defectiveproductand a description of the defect.Sendbyinsured
freight to: Gemini SoundProductsCorp, and usetheaddress provided by
yourcustomer service representa
tive. Your RA#mustbe written on the
outside of the package, or processingwill be delayed indefinitely!
C. Service covered under warranty willbe paid for by Gemini andreturned to
you.For non-warrantied products,Gemini will repair your unit after payment
is received.Repair charges do notinclude return freight. Freight charges will
be added to therepair charges.
D.Onwarranty service, you pay for shipping to Gemini,wepayfor re-
turn shipping withintheContinental
United States. Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico,Canada, Bahamas,andthe Virgin Islands willbe chargedfor
freight.
E. Please allow 2-4 weeks for return of your product. Undernormal circum-
stances your product will spendno morethan 10 working daysat Gemini. We
are not responsible forshippingtimes.
