Tape and Reel
The single-feed tape carrier for PCS3 is illustrated in Figure 41. The figure also shows the prop-
er part orientation. The tape width is 44mm and the PCS3 modules are placed on the tape with
a 40mm pitch. The reels are 330mm in diameter with 100mm hubs. Each reel contains 500
modules.
