Listening to Messages
If you have a new message the display will show how many new
messages have been received and new message LED will be lit.
To play the messages through the speaker, press key.
The telephone will announce, “You have N new messages” or
“You have N old messages”. The messages will be played one by
one. During playback, you can do the following:
Press to delete the current message
Press once to re-play the current message
Press twice to re-play the previous message
Press to play the next message
Press to stop the playing and exit
To adjust the playback volume use VOL+ or VOL- on the right
side of the telephone.
When playback is finished the machine will return to standby
mode. All incoming messages are saved (unless you have erased
any during playback, see above), new messages will then be
recorded after the old ones.
