Listen to Messages using the Base
To play the messages, press the key. The telephone will
announce, “You have N new messages” or “You have N old
messages”. The messages will be played one by one. During
playback, you can do the following:
Press to delete the current message
Press to re-play the previous message
Press to play the next message
Press or ‘BACK’ soft key to stop the playing and exit
When playback is finished the machine will return to standby
mode. All incoming messages are saved (unless you have erased
any during playback, see above), new messages will then be
recorded after the old ones.
During playback use + or - to adjust the volume.
Call Screening
Incoming messages can be heard through the Speakerphone as
they are received.
If you want to speak to the caller, lift the handset out of the cradle
or press on the handset..
