Use the Base to Switch the Answering
Machine On/Off
In standby, press key to switch the answer machine on or
off. The machine state will be announced.
The Answering Machine Alert
A tone will be heard once a minute when a new message has
been stored on the answering machine. You can choose to
switch this tone on or off.
Press ‘TAM’ soft key to activate the answering machine
Use and to scroll through the menu to select
‘TAM SETTING’
Press ‘SELECT’ soft key
Use and to scroll through the menu to select
‘TAM ALERT’
Press ‘SELECT’ soft key
Use and to scroll through the menu to select
‘ON’or‘OFF’
