CALLER DISPLAY (NETWORK DEPENDENT)
This feature is available if you have subscribed the Caller Line Identification service
w ith your network service provider. Your phone can store up to 20 received calls on
the cordless handset and the telephone base w ith date/time information in the call
list. The number w ill be show n on the LCD w hen the phone is ringing. If the number
matches w ith one of the entries in your Private Phonebook, the caller’s name stored in
the private phonebook w ill be displayed w ith the number. The phone w ill ring w ith the
melody associated w ith that phonebook entry.
If the caller number is disabled to send caller information, “WITHHELD w ill be
displayed.
If the call is an international call or w ith unknown number, OUT OF AREA w ill be
displayed.
In standby, if three unansw ered calls are received, “3 CALLSwill be displayed.
6.1 View the Call List
All unansw ered calls are saved in calls log w ith the latest call putting at the top of
the list. When the call list is full, the oldest call w ill be replaced by a new call. The
unansw ered call w hich has not been read is marked w ith icon.
Using a handset:
1. Press to access the call list.
OR
1. Press MENU/OK and / to select CALL LIST.
2. Press and / to see the desired call list entry.
Using the base:
1. Press CALLS to access the call list.
OR
1. Press MENU/OK and / to select CALL LOG.
2. Press MENU/OK and / to select MISSED or RECEIVED.
3. Press MENU/OK to see the most recent record in the selected calls list.
4. Press / to scroll through the calls list.
