3.4 Handset LCD Display Icons and Symbols
The screen display gives you information on the current status of the telephone.
Steadily on w hen the handset is w ithin range of the base.
Flashes w hen the handset is out of range of the base or cannot
communicate w ith the base.
Steadily on w hen an intercom call is in progress.
Flashes w hen there is an incoming internal call or an internal call is put
on hold.
Steadily on w hen a call is in progress.
Flashes w hen there is an incoming call.
Steadily on w hen the speakerphone is turned on.
Steadily on w hen the battery is fully charged.
Animates w hen battery is charging.
Flashes w hen low battery is detected to indicate that it needs charging.
Steadily on w hen the telephone answ ering machine (TAM) is turned on.
Flashes w hen a new message is received in the answering machine.
Steadily on w hen an alarm is set.
Flashes w hen the alarm time set before reaches.
Steadily on w hen there are received new Voice Message Waiting
(VMWI) not yet read.
Disappears w hen all the voice messages have been read.
