With your new oven, you have several cooking options. In addition to microwave or convection cooking, you have combination cooking, which uses both methods. Enter the food weight in pounds and tenths of a pound (see Conversion Guide below). Then touch START pad. The oven calculates defrosting time and changes power levels during defrosting to give even defrosting results.
