Warming Drawer
Use soap and wam_ water to thoroughly

Rack

Stainless Steel

Control Knob
The control knob may be removed for easier
cleaning
Make sure the knob is in the PROOF
position and pull it smfight off the stem
tot cleaning.
The knob can be cleaned in a dishwasher
or it may also be washed with soap and
water: Make sm'e fl_e inskle of the knob
is dry beflwe replacing.
Replace the knob in the PROOFposifion
to ensure proper placement.
