tips
Use DEFROSTBY FOOD TYPEfor meat,
poultry and fish, Use DEFROSTBY TlfffE
for most other frozen foods
W Foods frozen in paper or plastic can
be time defrosted in the package,
but foods should be taken out of
the package when using DEFROST
BYFOOD TYPE Closed packages
should be slit pierced or vented
after food has partiallg defrosted
Plastic storage containers should
be partiallg uncovered,

dinners can be defrosted and
microwaved, If the food is in
a foil container, transfer it to

Foods that spoil easilg should not
