Afan gentle circulatesheated air throughout the oven,
over and aroundthe food Becausethe heated air is
kept constantly moving, not permitting a lagerof
coolerair to develop aroundthe food,somefoods
cookslighttgfaster than inregular oven cooking.
Theturntable must
alwaysbe in placewhen
using lheoven
Put food or oven*safe cookware
direotly on the non-stick
metal tray to bake
Beforeyou begin,makesure the turntable is in place
Usethe non-stickmetal tray at atltimes when baking

3 Turnthe dialto setthe oven temperature
