SEIFERT WL 3001
Wasserkühlpumpe
The WL 3001 cooling aggregate has been
designed to dissipate anode heat from the
X-ray tube if, for economic or technical
reasons, direct cooling from a water sup-
ply system is impracticable.
The cooling medium can be water or a
water-glycol blend. The water circulates
between the cooling unit and the heat
source. It is recooled by a air-cooled heat
exchanger.
The maximum cooling output depends on
the difference between the temperature
at the water inlet and the temperature
at the cooling water inlet. It amounts
3000 W at the temperature difference of
11,5 K between water outlet- and ambient
temperature.
A thermostat switch is monitoring the
temperature of the cooling water.
